1. Services

Jade Proposals offers custom wedding proposal planning services, including venue sourcing, concept creation, vendor coordination, and event management in Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Specific services and inclusions will be outlined in your individual booking confirmation.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, Mollie, and Wise. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for planning.

• Respond promptly to communications.

• Obtain any required permissions (e.g., for public locations or private venues).

 

4. Vendor & Venue Arrangements

Jade Proposals works with a network of trusted third-party vendors. While we coordinate and manage these relationships on your behalf, all third-party services are subject to the vendors’ own terms and availability. We are not liable for vendor performance or availability. You are welcome to use your own vendors, but this must be communicated in advance.

 

5. Cancellations & Postponements

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the vent date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

• If rescheduling is required, I am happy to assist in finding a new date within six months, subject to vendor availability. Andy additional rebooking fees charged by vendors will be the client's responsibility.

• In the unlikely event that Jade Proposal must cancel and no suitable alternative can be provided, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.

 

6. Liability

• Jade Proposals is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, vendor issues, or force majeure events.

• We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or losses incurred during or related to the event.

• Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All concepts, mood boards, written content, and creative ideas provided by Jade Proposals remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited-use license strictly for their personal event. Reproduction or resale is prohibited.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services (e.g., name, contact details, event preferences).

• This data is used for planning, communication, and improving our services.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Data may be shared with vendors only as needed for your event.

• You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting info@jadeproposals.com.

 

9. Changes to Terms

Jade Proposals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
